Findings are not worrisome as life threatening or needing immediate attention for that reason. The main question to ask during the follow up would be if findings, even if benign can explain your symptoms or not.

If your symptoms are as you describe them, low heart rate, low blood pressure and near faints, and if the results are available it is reasonable for you to expect a call from the doctor’s office if only to reassure you. I would suggest that you call the doctor’s office and tell the doctor or the staff that you are concerned about your symptoms, particularly if he/she was sufficiently concerned.
