Ceramic: All ceramic restoration is more oral tissue compatible and thus more favorable to retain long term. All ceramic restoration is always more esthetic. Finally, make sure you have good occlusion with good posterior support (back teeth and good posterior occlusion) to ensure the longevity of anterior restoration. Missing tooth can be replaced by implant.

More options: There many options to reconstruct the mouth fixed options like crown and bridge, implant supported prosthesis, removable complete or partial prosthesis, a combination of fixed and removable you need to see a dentist.
