More info needed...: Without actually examining you and seeing your bite, it would be hard to determine exactly what is amiss. I suggest you see an oral surgeon for an evaluation.

See your dentist: Without knowing what symptoms you were or are experiencing that led you to the ER, you should see the dentist that you usually see and have your bite (occlusion) examined. If you have had any impressions taken of your teeth in the past, your dentist may be able to compare your occlusion to the previous study models to determine what changes have occurred.

Orthodontist: get an evaluation by an orthodontist why your teeth no longer align. .....Usually it is the lower jaw that feel, look behind the upper jaw after significant trauma.

Dent not Med: What you are describing is more in the wheelhouse of a Dentist, rather than a Physician. Your CT Scan should be examined for Disc Displacement. See your Dentist who knows your mouth best, and who has a record of your pre-existing occlusion. Referrals to an Orthodontist and to an Oral Surgeon should be considered.

See a dentist asap: Need to be evaluated by a dentist, whom may refer you to an oral surgeon or orthodontist for further evaluation. I would not delay.
