I want to know that how common is fractured front tooth in peoples?

Depends: On children (especially) active boys can be common. It depends on the child. Active or not? Siblings or not? Accident prone or not? On adults. Lifestyle would be a huge determinant. Part b would be oral habits and grinding!

It all depends: There are varying degrees of fracture. It can also be age dependent, which usually correlates to wear & tear over time. From my experience, the majority of my patients have some form of fracture, whether they're stress fracture lines or a piece of tooth that has fractured off.
