Unfortunately no: Without an examination with radiographs, your condition cannot be diagnosed and treated. These problems are best treated locally by a dentist who can see you and test all your other teeth, as well as your sinuses and bone. Fractured teeth do cause pain, so hopefully your problem has been solved.. All the best.

Pain: Although you can't be sure without more information, it is likely that this is the main source of your pain. A physical exam of the extraction sight, along with a better description of your pain and an x-ray of the area will give you a much better answer.
