These problems are best treated locally by a dentist who can see you and test all your other teeth, as well as your sinuses and bone. Pain: Although you can't be sure without more information, it is likely that this is the main source of your pain. A physical exam of the extraction sight, along with a better description of your pain and an x-ray of the area will give you a much better answer.
