It certainly could: A blow to the jaw forceful enough to "bend a tooth" could have caused a fracture. Its not clear if you mean upper or lower teeth but you could lose that tooth. If you have trouble opening your mouth, your teeth don't meet right, or there's sharp pain when you bite down, an ER doctor would x-ray your jaw and be concerned for trauma to neck, face, and brain. Go to the ER or see your doctor.

Jaw: You should see an oral surgeon and have this evaluated and treated. A fracture will be detected in X-ray or a scan of your jaw. The sooner you get this treated the better.
