An extensor tendon can sometimes heal without surgery. I've never known a flexor tendon to heal without surgery. It is the 5th finger so it only comprises 10% of your hand function. Even so, I would hate to write off the finger without pursuing all possible options. Often there are medical missions that visit foreign lands with the ability to do some surgeries. This might be worth checking on

based on your history you have lacerated the profundus flexor tendon to the finger and this needs to be surgically repaired. It will not heal on its own and best results are seen with early repair. Seek care with a hand surgeon
