Index finger flexor tendon damage. i cut my finger about 3 months ago thought it would heal on its own. apparently i cut my flexor tendon and can't use my index finger tip at all. can i get surgery for this?

Flexor Tendon: Yes you can. You need to see a hand surgeon. Depending on your insurance you may need to see your Primary Care Doctor to be referred. Don't wait any longer, get it evaluated soon.

Certainly possible: Although you are out 3 months there is a possibility that the tendon can be repaired. Please contact a Plastic Surgeon who specializes in this type of surgery. The sooner the better.
