I cut my middle ring and pinky finger , an damaged my tendons in all 3 fingers , & severed my nerve in my ring finger. i had surgery to repair all of that.my question is i have excessive scar tissue and cant move my finger tips , will they remove it?

First, participate in hand therapy. It may be that scar tissue is revised, but you need to discuss with the surgeon. Best of outcomes.
