I was prescribed bactrim for endomestritis . i have a high level level of 58 is it ok to still take the bactrim? will it raise it more?

You probably meant your BUN is 58, is it correct? Serum creatinine is a better marker for kidney function. With a BUN of 58 I expect your serum creatinine is above 2 mg/dl unless you are very dehydrated. If it is true, you have moderate chronic kidney disease and I will avoid Bactrim unless it is absolutely indicated. Otherwise, it should be changed. This answer is voided if you do not mean BUN.

Bactrim is not likely to affect your liver function, the mild elevation in your liver enzymes will need further follow up, ideally with your primary care doc.
