Report rash to MD.: It’s important to speak to your doctor’s office before taking another dose. Don’t wait; talk to either your doctor or whoever’s filling in; if it’s off-hours, page. Different kinds of rashes can occur with this drug and can range from mild to quite serious. Be prepared to describe the rash in more detail, whether you’ve had flu-like symptoms, fever, etc. Early intervention and guidance are key.
