There are several kinds of liver function tests -- with a value of 58, I'm guessing it was ALT (alanine aminotransferase)? Endometritis doesn't seem a likely cause. Sufla-trimethoprim (Bactrim) isn't likely to have any effect on your liver or the ALT test result. Most likely the ER advised seeing your doctor or arranged other follow-up, Do that and ask the doctor. Good luck.

Bactrim is not likely to affect your liver function, the mild elevation in your liver enzymes will need further follow up, ideally with your primary care doc.
