I had a trimolleonar fracture 8 months ago. i had surgery and a cast a few hours after the injury.i do all the physio and am told the surgeon did an excellent job. why am i still in so much pain?

Complex fracture. I have no idea why you hurt now as have not seen X-rays and did not help with surgery, but suspect your surgeon can tell you. Keep a diary of pain. Your body is talking to you. Take notes and share with Drs.
