Hopefully not: Your wrist has been locked up so it now has to learn to move etc. I am not looking at xrays and don't know if the bones healed properly which may be a factor. You really need to ask you r orthopedist and discuss if physical therapy would be prudent.

Difficult to say: post fracture stiffness if a common and difficult problem to solve. at this point sounds like you will benefit from occupational therapy and close follow up with your doctor. There is still time to see improvement in your range of motion so this may not be a permanent disability.
