My second toe hurts when i move it and im not sure if i injured it. i didnt do anything that shouldve injured it. is it broken? should i see a doctor or can i just leave it as it is? please advise thank you?

Any redness, swelling or deformity of the toe that you can see. If not, take Ibuprofen 400 mg with full stomach, three times a day as needed for 1-2 days. If pain gets worse, see your doctor. If you have other above symptoms, you still can take med as above but you should see your doctor.

Pain around the second toe joint is frequently associated with a condition of inflammation of the joint. Subtle swelling on the bottom of the base of the toe. Chronic inflammation of the joint can lead to dislocation and further problems. Conservative treatment is frequently successful. Evaluation and x-rays with a qualified foot specialist will yield more information
