Foot & Ankle : Please take your daughter to see an orthopaedic surgeon who specializes in foot and ankle surgery. Your daughter needs a physical exam and imaging to determine if she has a fracture or tendon/ ligament damage that may require treatment. Good luck.

Thats a long time: I would rule out a sesamoid fracture an I would consider an MRI.
