Your PVC's are apparently benign but a nuisance. Electrical leakage from myocardial cells seems to come and go often for unknown reasons. Do you find that caffeine, alcohol, full stomach, exertion, anxiety play any role? Would you be interested in taking beta blocker to see if your PVC's can be suppressed? Have you consulted a cardiologist who is anbelectrophysiologist for evaluation and advice?

Judging from the details you provide, you have had a thorough evaluation which showed no significant problem. In general premature ventricular beats occurring in the absence of structural heart disease are benign. However, there are instances where a PVC focus can be ablated by an electrophysiologist under certain circumstances. Your cardiologist may be able to tell you whether this is indicated.
