Is it ok that i experience occ pacs/pvcs in the first 5 to 10 minutes while walking heart rate 120 to 130 i have a normal echo,stress test. normal bp?

It is not at all: unusual to have a minor amount of both ventricular and atrial instability when initiating exercise. With normal testing it appears you don't need to worry too much about these irregularities.
