I did the sibo breath test with lactulose and it showed i have possible sibo.some background info is i might have celiac bc of positive antibodies and negative biospies.been gluten free 6 months so breath test was done.what is the next step? thoughts?

Although biopsy was negative for celiac disease, I assume your GI symptoms have persisted after 6 months of gluten free diet so your doctor ordered breath test and now you have positive test for SIBO so I think the next step will be treated with antibiotic, Rifamixin is preferred, if covered by your insurance and correct all the deficiencies you might have due to malabsorption because of SIBO.
