Is it possible to have celiac disease if you have positive biopsy yet negative dq2/dq8? i have fasciculations and they stop when i don't eat gluten.

Yes: Biopsy is the gold standard and your history is totally compatible with gluten intolerance. If gluten bothers you, you need to avoid it regardless of the test results. The above are just genetic markers and many people with these markets do not have gluten intolerance at all.

Stay with what works: It is not relevant if you have celiac disease. You probably do not have it. But if gluten free diet helps you, stay with it. Gluten is not an essential nutrient and other protein can make up for it.
