Sleep apnea may worsen nocturnal urination because you never have a deep sleep. You need to treat sleep apnea with CPAP. You know sleep apnea so you probably know CPAP. At your age, if you do not have chronic kidney disease which can cause nocturia, you likely has enlarged prostate with bladder outlet obstruction. You need to see a doctor for the treatment. For now, limit fluid intake after dinner
