Hi doctors. how would i know if my very frequent urination at night (sometimes 5 to 7 times a night) is or is not from having sleep apnea? or from some other cause? is needing to urinate 5 to 7 times a night something to go to the emergency room for?

If only at night then OSA is a possibility. Find and complete the Epsworth Sleep Scale online and share with one of us or your Dr. See my previous answer as well.
