Sleep apnea should not be contributory to your nocturnal trips to the bathroom. Investigate the potential causes with your physician.

Sleep Breathing Disorders is related multiple medical problems such as cardiovascular events, high blood pressure, diabetes, cognitive decline & urinary issues including sexual dysfunction. A home or lab sleep test is needed & STOP-BANG questionnaire. A Sleep MD will diagnose. Treatment is CPAP, surgery or a dentist may make an Oral Appliance to help you breathe & feel better. Take care!
