Per my doc, do home bp tests. due to high readings at the doc.. mild sleep apnea/insomnia going on, pretty sure thats playing a factor. my home bp gives me avg 124/75, pulse 62-69, normal? . few times the heart symbol shows (irr hb). plz advise?

The cited numbers for BP and heart rate are well within the normal range. The other data is too vague to interpret.
