For a fully vaccinated with breakthrough Covid-19 infection, there is no established guidelines for treatment yet because this clinical condition is new. If his blood test is negative for Covid-19 antibodies and the symptoms are less than 5 -7 days, treatment with monoclonal antibody is still playing a role per my opinion. Out of seven days, I would advise good hydration and monitoring oxygen.
