My mom has been having long periods since november and she has had blood clots during the long periods and she has some days where it's heavy with blood clots and sometimes gets cramps does this sound like cancer or fibroids or something else 38 year?

She has menorrhagia which can be caused by hormonal imbalance, uterine fibroid or malignant disease. She needs to see a GYN doctor and she should take iron supplement in the mean time.
