Pelvic cramps: Please see your Gynecologist for evaluation of pelvic cramps during periods are Excruciating. Possible causes- Endometriosis, Adenomyosis, PID (Pelvic Inflammatory disease), Cervical stenosis, Fibroids, Ovarian cysts, Miscarriage, Ectopic pregnancy, infections, Uterine Polyps.
