Hi, i have started taking clindamycin about 48 hours ago for an infected cyst on my upper back, but i still haven't noticed any improvement... how long should i wait until i go to the hospital to have it drained? thank you in advance..?

I am including more details but have a infected sebaceous cyst on my middle back. They drained/remove the cyst. They said it was infected. I started Amoxicillin. When should I expect improvement in appearance such as redness etc? I emailed pcp too?
