Had strep, was on the Z-Pak. Symptoms improved but throat was still sore and the ear bothered me. Now on clindamycin for 10 days for an ear infection. Ear feels less sore/full but throat on the right side is sore. Could this be drainage from the ear?

Since the crown has been seated on the implant (with maxillary sinus lift + bone graft) abutment, Im in constant pain. Clindamycin brings no relief.
Can you have a cyst or swollen lymph node anterior to the submandibular gland rupture or burst? I know longer feel the lump, but it is tender & puffy.
