I had mono in late january and in march i got my bloodwork tested and it was all normal except bilirubin 2.2 mg/dl. alt & ast both normal as well. i have been moderately drinking alcohol. should i go back and get my blood retested? i feel 100% healed

Some basics: Mono is a multi-system disease & can cause a hepatitis. A normal AST & Alt suggest it is not active but there may be another reason your bili is up, including a benign defect in bilirubin transport you may have had forever. If it were me I would want to sort out the reason for the elevation.
