A member asked:

Hello, ive received sinopharm vaccine around 3 months ago and a month later checked antibodies and it was negative. im planning on taking pfizer in a week, will that somehow affect anything, i dont have antibodies so i dont think so?

Sinopharm vaccine is a very traditional killed virus vaccine, fundamentally different from the mRNA spike protein vaccines from Pfizer and Moderna. Based on unverified information from China, efficacy is between 50-70%. However, antibody tests also not very reliable. Suggest - get a 2nd antibody test. If still negative, then get Pfizer or Moderna vaccine (2 doses)

There is no harm in taking a second vaccine. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get HPV and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!
