Had covid feb, having monthly antibody checks, positive antibodies only in april, now negative again since, why would this be? have also had 3 vaccines?

Did you have test for all antibodies or just for anti spike protein antibody? Some people do not have spike protein antibody after the exposure or infection and in some, the antibody does not last long. You should have the complete panel for checking antibodies of natural immunity if it has not been done. The levels may be low or not present but memory B and T cells are for sure present.

Immune response is genetically driven. About 1% of the people who get Hep B vaccine do not develop a sufficient level of antibody. A similar phenomenon likely applies to Covid-19. Wish you good health!
