I had my second covid vaccine pfizer on february 8, 2021. i took a covid-19 spike domain test and the results were pos. 13.2. i took also a covid-19 nucleocapsid antibodies and the results was neg. do i have no antibodies against covid or not

Antibodies to spike and negative for nucleocapsid is exactly what is expected after vaccination. You are protected.

Agree with Dr. H. The vaccine elicits antibodies to the spike protein only. An infection with SARS CoV-2 would induce antibodies to capsid proteins with or without antibodies to spike protein. Wish you good health!

You may very well have immunity with those antibody tests. However, for additional immunity, you should get a COVID-19 booster if you have not already, regardless of those levels.
