Does too much alcohol negatively affect the antibody production of my body to the post-bite rabies vaccine?

Define "too much": If you drink enough alcohol you will stop breathing & die. In that case it wouldn't matter. Typical social drinking does not change the way your immune system reacts to the rabies vaccine.
