SOB , arm pain: Could be a number of etiologies but cardiac is still a possibility. Would f/u with cardiology , May also be due to postural tachycardia, cardiac spasm(pritzmental) , reflux, gallbladder, variant temporomandibular joint ( not all symptoms, rare autoimmune(lupus), F/u /w /cardiology , GI get ultrasound/nuclear stress test, tilt table, lupus serology
