What do you advise if i had an ecg and the letter i got back "interestingly evidence of t wave inversion in the septal leads" what does this mean?

They reflect the electric current in your heart muscle. sometimes the T wave can go in a different direction than expected. It usually points upright like a little hill, but can point downwards. In the septal leads it can be normal. More studies should be done if this is different from other ECGs, or if you have chest pain/ or symptoms
