Can be normal: An ECG has different waveforms that are labeled with letters. They reflect the electric current in your heart muscle. sometimes the T wave can go in a different direction than expected. It usually points upright like a little hill, but can point downwards. In the septal leads it can be normal. More studies should be done if this is different from other ECGs, or if you have chest pain/ or symptoms
