Say what?: An ekg and ECG are the same thing. Why did you have the first (new t wave changes implies you had an older one). Then why another one. Are you athletic? Drugs can cause ekg changes. Holter looks for rhythm disturbances. You need more data.

ECG: Refer to my previous answer, t wave inversions can come and go and may be due to your meds or other factors.
