LAHB mah be a normal variant in your age group or be due to structural heart disease. It in itself doesn't cause chest pain. The latter is usually caused by coronary artery blockage or spasm or pericarditis (inflammation of the heart lining) Is your echocardiogram abnormal?. Have you had a treadmill stress rest? if you haven't done so, consult a cardiologist for evaluation & followup.

If the electrocardiographic diagnosis of left anterior hemiblock is indeed correct, it is an abnormality that needs to be investigated further. ECG “abnormality” of this type may also be due to incorrect placement of the ECG leads. Please have the ECG repeated by a cardiologist. “Moderate” chest pain hours after exertion does not suggest an underlying heart problem. Please get your ECG repeated.
