Post sauna,i experience burning left side chest pain(near bottom of pec. pain does not occur after running, even tho i breathe harder/heart pumps harder. also have chronic pain on left side of my ribcage, seemingly not activated by sauna.heart prblm?

Not likely: Circumstances suggest a musculoskeletal cause for the pain. Heart conditions cannot be simply ruled out otherwise and persistence of symptoms should trigger workup through your doc.
