Question cutoff : your question got cutoff there buddy but as a general rule: 1. If running causes your chest to be tight then back off running. 2. If you're having chest discomfort with exercise go see your doctor. 3. Watch your gender-name mismatch. It's very confusing and yes, gender, does help us.
