Get chest pain on cycling goes instantly when stop, go swimming and heart pumps harder and faster than cycle no pain, does this sound like angina?

Angina pectoris: If you even suspect that you may be having angina you should be seen and examined. On the other hand, coronary insuffficiency in a 22 year old is not very common. See a cardiologist and get tested. It cannot hurt anything but your wallet, and could save your life.

It could be but: Likely not because of your young age. Your heart tests will tell if u have underlying coronary artery disease or cardiomyopathy or not. Best wishes!
