as you get older does it take more time for your heart rate to accelerate? when walking or running on a treadmill or doing activity? 32 male feel like takes longer now and don’t feel that pounding heart beat in chest but all heart / lung tests good

Actually- good sign: this is actually a sign that you are well conditioned. Get a Fit-Bit ( or knockoff) and try to push the high and low aerobics until you hit 130-150 bpm, then back down.
