I woke up with tinnitus a few months ago & then i saw my doctor a couple of weeks later & found out my b12 was too high, can high b12 levels cause ringing in the ears. people who have low b12 levels can also can have that as one of their symptoms?

Unless you are taking mega doses of B12, and elevated level of B12 is an indication of inflammation. It would be prudent to consult an ENT doctor as it is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining you. Wish you good health!

Agree with Dr Singh. To evaluate tinnitus, an otolaryngologist is the correct consultant. Do not assume your B-12 level is the culprit, as your pathogenesis almost certainly involves an alternative etiology.
