Hi doctors! I had what I believe you said was tinnitus--sound of childs squeeze toy inside my right ear. The noise has subsided. I had an MRI of the skull base and brain--would that MRI show an acoustic neuroma if I had one? What else causes tinnitus?
Are office Neuro exams sufficient to indicate brain tumor?(Light in eyes, raising shoulders, etc) Dr said my neuro exam was fine. have ringing in ears
