Check B12blood level: Have your md check your B12 blood level. Also be sure other viruses checked, such as lyme. Chronic fatigue syndrome is still not fully understood by mds. Go to an md who understands all cfs.

Could be low BP: If taking oral methyl cobalamine 500 to 1, 000 mcg a day and not helping, b-12 shots may not work either. Check 25-oh vit d and ferritin. These symptoms can also be caused by low blood pressure as well. Avoid alcohol and high carbs, eat 6 healthy meals, stay well hydrated, move through the day, get good sleep, and practice good stress management
