My fingers didn't cross after hurting my hand (oblique fracture of the 2nd metacarpal bone of my hand) after getting my cast off weeks later, while making a fist, my 2nd finger wants to slightly cross my middle finger should i go to the dr now?

Fractured 5th metacarpal. put in cast. 2 days ago. fracture occurred 10days ago. hand feels like it keeps falling asleep. fingers not discolored (other than bruises) nor any colder than good hand. is this falling asleep feeling normal/ok?
