A member asked:

Intermittent distended veins on hands which can be painful at times, always accompanied by fatigue, sometimes blurry vision and lightheadedness. the first symptom is always a pain on the left side of the neck. any thoughts on whats wrong with me?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

If you raise your hands/arms above the level of your heart, the veins should collapse. you should be concerned that this is the beginning of hypertension and possibly angina. I would see your CPC as soon as possible for a thorough exam.
