It seems that you suffers from an acute neck shoulder syndrome which could be caused by a poor neck position during sleep on the previous night or you overdid something on the previous day, such as carrying or lifting a heavy object with the right arm. This condition is usually self limited, you can take advil OTC every 6-8 hours for a day or two and continue with your normal activities. Good luck
