Refer rheumatology: Fatigue and dry mouth could be seen in Sjogren's syndrome, either by itself or along with other autoimmune diseases. Some over the counter medications can also cause a dry mouth. If there are no medications to explain these symptoms, consider a referral to a rheumatologist.
