You need to communicate with your primary care physician (or whoever ordered the stress test) in the next 48hr about next steps. If symptoms have acutely worsened over the last few days, then get seen in the hospital right away.

Without seeing the actual tracings of the test, I assume your test was markedly positive for ischemia and,especially if you had significant symptoms during or after the test,I'd treat this as I would unstable angina & direct you to the ER to be admitted for close monitoring & stabilization and urgent cardidology consultation to determine whether medical treatment or invasive treatment is best now
